1. Products

We specialise in handcrafted, high-quality facsimile and limited edition art-book and manuscript reproductions, bound and finished with fine materials. Each item is described in detail and photographed to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment services (such as PayPal).

  • Payment is required at time of purchase.

  • Any payment arrangement (installments, third-party finance) must be approved in advance and will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. Pricing & Shipping

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, service selected and package size/weight.

  • We ship from the UK (Pinner, Middlesex).

  • International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly (typically within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified) and will provide tracking information where possible.

  • We use secure, suitable packaging (e.g., hard protective corners, bubble wrap) to ensure items arrive in excellent condition.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items in the same condition as shipped.

  • The buyer pays the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).

  • If you use a pre-paid return shipping label we issue, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify it is in resalable condition.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Please contact us before returning an item and notify us of the tracking details.

5. Cancellations & Orders

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before we have processed or dispatched it).

  • Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible — in that case, please treat as a return under the Returns policy above.

  • For custom or commissioned items (if applicable), cancellation may not be permitted once work has commenced; this will be clearly stated in the product description.

6. Condition & Authenticity

  • Each item is described accurately and the condition is disclosed.

  • Because many of our items are limited-edition or artisan-finished, minor variations may occur; these are not faults.

  • If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • While we strive to ensure high standards, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses (such as loss of use, damage to other property, etc.).

  • We recommend retaining the original packaging in case a return or exchange is required.

  • We collect personal information (name, address, payment details) to fulfil your order and may use it for customer service and shipping purposes.
